Custom management software
ERP, CRM, POS, inventory, production and project systems, built around the process your company already runs.
- ·Replace the spreadsheet workflow
- ·Per-department permissions
- ·Multi-level approvals
SealCore does two things: we build our own products, and we build custom software for other companies. Both products below run in production today — open them and see for yourself, no staged demo.
One team, two starting points. Need to run tomorrow? Take the finished product. Have a process nobody else works the way you do? We write software that follows it.
Both SealCore products run in production and you can sign up today. No development wait, no setup fee to get started.
If your process is unlike anyone else’s, your software should be too. We survey how you work, build a system that follows it, and hand over the source.
Not internal projects, not prototypes. Each has its own domain, real users and a steady release cadence.
Run it all. Seal it all.
Sales, inventory, finance, receivables, staff, loyalty, tax and reporting share one database — instead of five separate tools you reconcile by hand at month end.
Built for: Shops, F&B chains, spas and salons, distributors and wholesalers.
A whole economy on one page.
Macroeconomic figures gathered from the General Statistics Office, Customs and the State Bank, refreshed monthly, charted interactively — and free.
Built for: Investors, analysts, researchers, planning teams and business journalists.
We study how your business runs, then build software that follows it — instead of asking you to reshape your operation to fit a package.
ERP, CRM, POS, inventory, production and project systems, built around the process your company already runs.
Company sites, campaign landing pages and online stores, built SEO-first at the architecture level rather than patched later.
iOS and Android from one codebase, synced in real time with the management system behind it.
AI aimed at the work that eats staff hours: reading documents, answering customers, classifying data, searching internal knowledge.
Pull data out of scattered systems into one place, then build revenue, stock and receivables dashboards with automatic alerts.
Connect new software to legacy systems, e-invoicing, banks, marketplaces and delivery partners.
Servers, domains, certificates, backups, monitoring and performance work, with someone on call so the system stays up.
We take over systems another team left half-finished: read the code, fix the bugs, tune performance, rewrite part by part.
One place for staff to work: assign tasks, approve documents, store files, look up procedures — instead of spreading it across chat and email.
The work staff currently do by hand between systems — copying figures, reconciling tables, sending reports — handed to a scheduled robot.
Once a business runs three or more systems, it needs one place to collect the data, unify customer and product codes, and only then report.
Output per shift, material norms, batch traceability; reading figures straight from scales, scanners and measuring devices on the floor.
A bespoke management system: quote → order → delivery → invoice in one unbroken flow, with a revenue dashboard, stock alerts and live receivables tracking.

The same team builds and operates our products, so we find the weak points on our own time — not on your project.
SealSales and Dữ Liệu Kinh Tế are written and staffed daily by this team. The hard failures we already met at home do not travel to your project.
The Seal Nhân assistant runs in production on both products — company setup, data questions. We put AI where it saves hours, not where it demos well.
Our office is in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai. Surveys, installation and training happen at your premises, including for clients in Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong.
At the end you receive the source, the operations documentation and full server access. Nothing is held back to force a return visit.
Understand the operation first, write code second. These are the industries our team has surveyed and shipped for.
No long silent build phase. At every milestone you get a working build to click through and comment on.
We sit with the people doing the work daily, write down the real process and agree where the software stops.

Approach, milestones and a fixed price in writing. Anything outside scope is quoted before work starts.

Our office is in Bien Hoa. Clients in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong or Ba Ria – Vung Tau are all within a same-day site visit.
Digital transformation, AI solutions and management software — drawn from delivered projects, not copied theory.
Straight answers on cost, timeline, source code and warranty.
Cost follows the number of business processes being digitised, not the number of screens. A tight system for one department — stock control or order management, say — usually lands in the low tens of millions of VND; a full ERP joining sales, inventory, receivables and reporting costs several times that. After the first survey SealCore sends a fixed package quote broken down by milestone, and anything outside that scope is quoted before work begins.
A single-department system is usually running in pilot within 2–4 weeks. A larger system spanning several departments takes about 2–3 months, but nothing waits until the end: every two weeks you get a working build to click through, and finished parts go into daily use as they land.
Yes. Our office is in Bien Hoa, about 30 km from central Ho Chi Minh City, and we still run kickoff meetings, surveys and training at the client’s own office by appointment. We also work across Dong Nai province, Binh Duong and Ba Ria – Vung Tau.
Yes, as a standard contract term rather than a paid extra. You get the full source, the operations documentation, server admin accounts and the database. Carrying on in-house or handing it to another team is entirely your call.
No. Migration is a line item in the project: we export from the old system, clean the data, load it into the new one and reconcile table by table. Both systems run in parallel at first so you can verify the numbers yourself, and the old one is only switched off once they agree.
Usually yes, and it is often the cheapest place to start. The most common additions are an assistant that answers questions over internal documents, extraction of invoices and paperwork into structured data, automatic triage of customer requests, and an FAQ chatbot. The one requirement is a way to get data out of the current system — an API, database access, or a scheduled export.
SealCore warrants the work for 12 months, with software defects fixed free of charge throughout. After that you can renew an annual support agreement or run it yourself, since you already hold the source and the documentation. During working hours (8:00–22:00, Monday to Sunday) we answer by phone and Zalo.
Yes. SealCore trades as SealCore Technology Co., Ltd., signs full commercial contracts and issues VAT invoices for every project and every software subscription.
A short note about what you still do by hand, or the software you are stuck with. We reply during working hours with an approach and a cost range.
