Same-day visits · support within an hour’s drive

Bien Hoa is packed with manufacturers, distributors and retailers — and it is also where most management work still runs on spreadsheets and paper. We build for exactly that tier of business: too small to keep an IT department, big enough that one mis-added number costs real money.

Because we are based here, the three parts of a rollout that break most often get done in person: surveying the process next to whoever types the data, migrating the old records table by table, and training staff at the counter, in the warehouse, on the floor. No video call replaces those three.

Support works the same way. If something fails during business hours, we can be there within an hour’s drive instead of opening a ticket and waiting.

What we build here
  • Industrial park businesses

Amata, Loteco, Bien Hoa 1 and 2: work orders, material norms, batch traceability and reporting up to the parent company.

  • Distributors and wholesalers

Tiered price lists, receivables, delivery routes and stock reconciliation across several warehouses.

  • Shops and F&B chains

Checkout, ingredient stock, shifts and loyalty — take SealSales as-is, or a custom build if the process is unusual.

  • Service businesses

Spas, salons, clinics and training centres: bookings, treatment courses, technician commissions and automatic reminders.

Custom solutions

IT services we take on in Bien Hoa

We study how your business runs, then build software that follows it — instead of asking you to reshape your operation to fit a package.

Custom management software

ERP, CRM, POS, inventory, production and project systems, built around the process your company already runs.

Websites & e-commerce

Company sites, campaign landing pages and online stores, built SEO-first at the architecture level rather than patched later.

Mobile apps

iOS and Android from one codebase, synced in real time with the management system behind it.

AI & automation

AI aimed at the work that eats staff hours: reading documents, answering customers, classifying data, searching internal knowledge.

Data & business reporting

Pull data out of scattered systems into one place, then build revenue, stock and receivables dashboards with automatic alerts.

System integration & APIs

Connect new software to legacy systems, e-invoicing, banks, marketplaces and delivery partners.

Infrastructure & operations

Servers, domains, certificates, backups, monitoring and performance work, with someone on call so the system stays up.

Maintaining & upgrading legacy software

We take over systems another team left half-finished: read the code, fix the bugs, tune performance, rewrite part by part.

Intranet & internal systems

One place for staff to work: assign tasks, approve documents, store files, look up procedures — instead of spreading it across chat and email.

Process automation (RPA)

The work staff currently do by hand between systems — copying figures, reconciling tables, sending reports — handed to a scheduled robot.

Central data warehouse

Once a business runs three or more systems, it needs one place to collect the data, unify customer and product codes, and only then report.

Factory digitisation & device integration

Output per shift, material norms, batch traceability; reading figures straight from scales, scanners and measuring devices on the floor.

FAQ

What clients ask before signing

Straight answers on cost, timeline, source code and warranty.

What does custom management software cost?

Cost follows the number of business processes being digitised, not the number of screens. A tight system for one department — stock control or order management, say — usually lands in the low tens of millions of VND; a full ERP joining sales, inventory, receivables and reporting costs several times that. After the first survey SealCore sends a fixed package quote broken down by milestone, and anything outside that scope is quoted before work begins.

How long until we can use it?

A single-department system is usually running in pilot within 2–4 weeks. A larger system spanning several departments takes about 2–3 months, but nothing waits until the end: every two weeks you get a working build to click through, and finished parts go into daily use as they land.

You are in Bien Hoa — do you take projects in Ho Chi Minh City?

Yes. Our office is in Bien Hoa, about 30 km from central Ho Chi Minh City, and we still run kickoff meetings, surveys and training at the client’s own office by appointment. We also work across Dong Nai province, Binh Duong and Ba Ria – Vung Tau.

Do we receive the source code at the end?

Yes, as a standard contract term rather than a paid extra. You get the full source, the operations documentation, server admin accounts and the database. Carrying on in-house or handing it to another team is entirely your call.

We already use other software — will we lose our old data?

No. Migration is a line item in the project: we export from the old system, clean the data, load it into the new one and reconcile table by table. Both systems run in parallel at first so you can verify the numbers yourself, and the old one is only switched off once they agree.

Can you add AI to software we already have?

Usually yes, and it is often the cheapest place to start. The most common additions are an assistant that answers questions over internal documents, extraction of invoices and paperwork into structured data, automatic triage of customer requests, and an FAQ chatbot. The one requirement is a way to get data out of the current system — an API, database access, or a scheduled export.

Who fixes bugs after handover?

SealCore warrants the work for 12 months, with software defects fixed free of charge throughout. After that you can renew an annual support agreement or run it yourself, since you already hold the source and the documentation. During working hours (8:00–22:00, Monday to Sunday) we answer by phone and Zalo.

Do you issue VAT invoices and sign contracts?

Yes. SealCore trades as SealCore Technology Co., Ltd., signs full commercial contracts and issues VAT invoices for every project and every software subscription.
