Software solutions for businesses in Dong Nai
Dong Nai is an industrial province — management software here has to survive three warehouses, two plants and a delivery fleet at once.

Surveys at plants, warehouses and sites · there and back in a day
We work across the province: Bien Hoa, Long Thanh, Nhon Trach, Trang Bom, Long Khanh, Vinh Cuu, Thong Nhat, Dinh Quan. What Dong Nai businesses share is operations spread far apart — a warehouse in one district, a plant in another, the office in Bien Hoa. Any system that lets each site keep its own spreadsheet ends the month with numbers that disagree.
Our most common job here is consolidation: stock in every warehouse visible in one view, production orders driven by real orders, receivables updated the moment a delivery closes, and management seeing today’s figure on a phone instead of last week’s report.
Long Thanh airport and the newer industrial clusters are pulling in logistics, services and construction firms. That group usually needs job-file, progress and per-project cost tracking — we build it around how each company actually breaks costs down, not around a template.
Multi-plant, multi-warehouse manufacturing
One view of every warehouse, production orders driven by sales orders, batch traceability when a customer complains.
Logistics and transport
Shipment files, documents, cost per trip and per vehicle, delivery progress with photo confirmation.
Large-scale agriculture and livestock
Yield by zone, feed and input tracking, purchase prices and trader reconciliation.
Construction and industrial engineering
Cost breakdown by work item, progress and acceptance tracking, materials across several sites.
IT services we take on in Dong Nai
We study how your business runs, then build software that follows it — instead of asking you to reshape your operation to fit a package.
Not ready for a custom build? Start with a finished product
Not internal projects, not prototypes. Each has its own domain, real users and a steady release cadence.

Straight answers on cost, timeline, source code and warranty.
What does custom management software cost?
Cost follows the number of business processes being digitised, not the number of screens. A tight system for one department — stock control or order management, say — usually lands in the low tens of millions of VND; a full ERP joining sales, inventory, receivables and reporting costs several times that. After the first survey SealCore sends a fixed package quote broken down by milestone, and anything outside that scope is quoted before work begins.
How long until we can use it?
A single-department system is usually running in pilot within 2–4 weeks. A larger system spanning several departments takes about 2–3 months, but nothing waits until the end: every two weeks you get a working build to click through, and finished parts go into daily use as they land.
You are in Bien Hoa — do you take projects in Ho Chi Minh City?
Yes. Our office is in Bien Hoa, about 30 km from central Ho Chi Minh City, and we still run kickoff meetings, surveys and training at the client’s own office by appointment. We also work across Dong Nai province, Binh Duong and Ba Ria – Vung Tau.
Do we receive the source code at the end?
Yes, as a standard contract term rather than a paid extra. You get the full source, the operations documentation, server admin accounts and the database. Carrying on in-house or handing it to another team is entirely your call.
We already use other software — will we lose our old data?
No. Migration is a line item in the project: we export from the old system, clean the data, load it into the new one and reconcile table by table. Both systems run in parallel at first so you can verify the numbers yourself, and the old one is only switched off once they agree.
Can you add AI to software we already have?
Usually yes, and it is often the cheapest place to start. The most common additions are an assistant that answers questions over internal documents, extraction of invoices and paperwork into structured data, automatic triage of customer requests, and an FAQ chatbot. The one requirement is a way to get data out of the current system — an API, database access, or a scheduled export.
Who fixes bugs after handover?
SealCore warrants the work for 12 months, with software defects fixed free of charge throughout. After that you can renew an annual support agreement or run it yourself, since you already hold the source and the documentation. During working hours (8:00–22:00, Monday to Sunday) we answer by phone and Zalo.
Do you issue VAT invoices and sign contracts?
Yes. SealCore trades as SealCore Technology Co., Ltd., signs full commercial contracts and issues VAT invoices for every project and every software subscription.
