Context

What Vietnamese businesses actually need

Vietnam’s Ministry of Information and Communications reports that 100% of large enterprises and around 70% of medium ones have started digital transformation. But most small and medium businesses stop at buying a few disconnected tools — sales in one, accounting in another, HR in a spreadsheet — and reconcile the numbers by hand at month end.

At the same time the market is short roughly 200,000 IT professionals: demand around 700,000 against a supply near 500,000. For a small or medium business the practical consequence is that hiring and keeping a capable in-house IT team is close to impossible — so this work almost has to be outsourced.

On AI, the advantage is not which model you use. It is localisation: putting AI into the right process, in the right language, on the right data, inside Vietnam’s regulatory frame. An assistant that can read a handwritten Vietnamese invoice and knows what a tax code looks like is worth far more than a powerful model with no connection to your data.

Custom solutions

Four kinds of work, twelve solution areas

Grouped by what you need done — build, automate, use the data, keep it running — not by technology name. Most projects touch two or three groups at once.

Build the system

Custom software, websites and apps that follow the process your business already runs.

04

Custom management software

ERP, CRM, POS, inventory, production and project systems, built around the process your company already runs.

  • ·Replace the spreadsheet workflow
  • ·Per-department permissions
  • ·Multi-level approvals

Websites & e-commerce

Company sites, campaign landing pages and online stores, built SEO-first at the architecture level rather than patched later.

  • ·Load speed and Core Web Vitals
  • ·Structured data for Google
  • ·A CMS your team can drive

Mobile apps

iOS and Android from one codebase, synced in real time with the management system behind it.

  • ·Apps for field staff
  • ·Apps for customers and agents
  • ·Works offline

Intranet & internal systems

One place for staff to work: assign tasks, approve documents, store files, look up procedures — instead of spreading it across chat and email.

  • ·Task assignment and progress
  • ·Multi-level approval flows
  • ·Document store with permissions

Automation & AI

Hand the repetitive work to machines: reading documents, answering customers, searching knowledge, running workflows.

02

AI & automation

AI aimed at the work that eats staff hours: reading documents, answering customers, classifying data, searching internal knowledge.

  • ·Assistants over your own documents
  • ·Invoice, order and contract extraction
  • ·Customer support chatbots

Process automation (RPA)

The work staff currently do by hand between systems — copying figures, reconciling tables, sending reports — handed to a scheduled robot.

  • ·Reconcile figures across systems
  • ·Scheduled reports and reminders
  • ·Bulk data entry from files

Data & reporting

Consolidate scattered figures, clean them, then build reports management can actually trust.

02

Data & business reporting

Pull data out of scattered systems into one place, then build revenue, stock and receivables dashboards with automatic alerts.

  • ·A central data store
  • ·Dashboards for management
  • ·Scheduled report delivery

Central data warehouse

Once a business runs three or more systems, it needs one place to collect the data, unify customer and product codes, and only then report.

  • ·Scheduled automatic collection
  • ·Unified codes and units
  • ·History the source systems overwrite

Integration & operations

Connect new systems to old ones, ship them to servers, and stay on call so they keep running.

04

System integration & APIs

Connect new software to legacy systems, e-invoicing, banks, marketplaces and delivery partners.

  • ·Partner-facing APIs
  • ·Two-way legacy sync
  • ·Data migration into the new system

Infrastructure & operations

Servers, domains, certificates, backups, monitoring and performance work, with someone on call so the system stays up.

  • ·Backups tested by restoring them
  • ·Monitoring and incident alerts
  • ·Server cost tuning

Maintaining & upgrading legacy software

We take over systems another team left half-finished: read the code, fix the bugs, tune performance, rewrite part by part.

  • ·Codebase health assessment
  • ·Bug fixes and security patching
  • ·Piecewise rewrite with no downtime

Factory digitisation & device integration

Output per shift, material norms, batch traceability; reading figures straight from scales, scanners and measuring devices on the floor.

  • ·Work orders tied to sales orders
  • ·Batch traceability for complaints
  • ·Data straight from scales and scanners
Our approach

How this differs from buying packaged software

We do not open with "what technology would you like". The first session is sitting beside whoever does the job every day and counting three numbers: how many staff hours this step eats each week, how many times a month it goes wrong, and what each mistake costs. Those three numbers decide whether to build, to buy, or to do nothing yet — and "nothing yet" is a genuinely possible answer.
